India power transformer 2MVA inspection

 Our india customer come to our factory to make the visual inspect of the oil immersed power transformer S11-2000. According to customer requirement , we make test :
1. Ratio of winding
2. No load current
3. no load losses
4.load losses
5. power frequency withstand
6. vetocr group verification and induced withstand voltage .

All the test have passed and meet the technical requirement well . As the order is very special in voltage and terminal . There have 13 tap changer and need terminal cover in the up of power transformer . This power transformer will be used in hydro power project in indonesia and we give 1 year quality warranty .

XGN-12(HT-safe) box type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear
XGN-12(HT-safe) box type fixed AC metal-enclosed switchgear is suitable for a power system of three-phase AC 50HZ, rated voltage 3.6-12KV. It is a sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) all-insulated loop network cabinet and its high voltage live part is totally enclosed in the sulfur hexafluoride box. With small volume, high safety, easy operation, maintenance-free, etc., it is widely used in the fields of real estate, industrial and mining enterprises, and urban grid reconstruction etc, and is especially suitable for a high-voltage distribution systems of high humidity, high dust and other severe environments. In addition, in the high voltage distribution network field, the sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) fully-insulated loop network cabinet is wildly used in high-voltage cable branch box outdoor due to its high safety and maintenance free. The switchgear conforms to IEC60298, GB11022, GB3906, GB1984, GB3804 and other standards.

2. Environmental Conditions for Use
a. Altitude shall not exceed 1,000m;
b. Ambient temperature: +40-35
c. Relative humidity: daily average value shall be no more than 95% and monthly average value shall be no more than 90%;
d. No frequent violent vibration.

Metal Clad Switchgear Power Systems

Metal-clad switchgear power systems are most commonly used in medium voltage applications.  All the sections are earthed separately and energy sustanibility is maintained by way of independent sections. Metal-clad switchgear power systems differ from metal-enclosed in the following ways:

Metal-Clad Cubicle

  • The main switching and interrupting device is out of the removable type arranged with a mechanism for moving it physically between connected and disconnected positions. It is also equipped with self-aligning and self-coupling primary disconnecting devices and control wiring connections capable of being disconnected.
  • ,Major parts of the primary circuit (i.e. circuit switching, interrupting devices, etc.) are completely enclosed by grounded metal barriers that have no intentional openings between compartments.
  • All live parts are enclosed within grounded metal compartments.
  • Automatic shutters cover primary circuit elements when the removable element is in the disconnected, test, or removed position.
  • Primary bus conductors and connections are covered with insulating material throughout.
  • Mechanical or electrical interlocks are provided for proper operating sequence under normal operating conditions.
  • The door through which the circuit-interrupting device is inserted into the housing may serve as an instrument or relay panel and may also provide access to a secondary or control compartment within the housing.

Vacuum circuit-breaker

The VX1 vacuum circuit-breaker comply with the GB/T 11022, GB 1984 and DL/T403 standards, and has undergone all required type tests. In addition, factory routine tests are conducted before the product is delivered to our customers, which guarantee the safety and reliability of the apparatus under the normal installation and operating conditions. 

Product characteristics

2.1 Structure and installation methods

The driving mechanism of the VX1 vacuum circuit-breaker has adopts the modular design concept, and is equipped with embedded poles with the vacuum interrupter being casted inside the epoxy pole. All the poles are being mounted on the same metal frame which has ensured the mechanical connection accuracy between the driving mechanism and the moving parts inside the embedded poles. The VX1 circuit-breakers are available for both the fixed and withdrawable applications. 

2.2 Poles

The VX1 vacuum circuit-breaker has adopts the most advanced epoxy resin embedded poles technology; the vacuum interrupter is cast inside the epoxy resin poles to protect the vacuum interrupter from external environmental and mechanical damages. 
 

2.2.1 Vacuum interrupter

Vacuum circuit breakers require no quenching medium to cool and to deionize the arc. In fact, there is not any ionized material inside the vacuum interrupter. During the separation of the current carrying contacts, a metal vapor arc is created by the melting or explosive vaporization at the last metallic point of contact, while the contacts are separated further and the energy supplied is no longer be sufficient to maintain the arc, this will cause the arc current to be chopped prior to the natural current zero.

Vacuum is having a very good dielectric strength even with very small contact gap, arcing current can always be break successfully before the current zero when the contacts can be successfully separated. In addition, contacts surface will not be subject to oxidation or contamination as they are sealed in vacuum conditions.

Our VX1 vacuum circuit-breaker has used the vacuum interrupter produced by Beijing Orient Vacuum Electric Co., Ltd - the top-class manufacturer of vacuum interrupter in China, which provides the following benefits: 


● Unique R-shaped contact with international patent:

- Outstanding breaking capacity, high reliability
- Low main circuit resistance which can effectively reduces temperature rise
- Can fulfill customers requirement on 100% full capacity breaking
- Hybrid design, require no special shaping of the contacts to direct the arc, therefore, gives a higher dielectric strength and stronger mechanical strength, it will not deform through the entire service life.

● The special curvature shape design of the vacuum interrupter, can lower the chance of cracking the embedded poles and lower the stress given to the vacuum interrupter by the epoxy poles.

● The advanced stainless steel hard-soldered process The stainless steel chamber lids are having very good tensile strength, ductility and impact resistance, which effectively relieves the stress generated by the epoxy poles after the casting process of the vacuum interrupter.

● Stable and high quality seal-brazing process gives extra-low leakage rate The top class ceramic insulator manufactured in aluminum oxide, provides high sealing and high tensile strength (no lower than 130MPa).

2.3 Modular design driving mechanism


The VX1 vacuum circuit-breakers are with modular design operating mechanism, each functional module is independent from each other and require no additional linkage. The modules can be installed or removed individually.

● The spring charging/closing mechanism module and the opening mechanism module are mounted on the designated position of the drive housing by bolt, which can be installed and remove easily;

● The spring operation mechanism module can easily be installed and replaced, significantly reduce the repair and recovery time, thus improve the power supply reliability;

● The standard closing/opening functional modules are suitable for specialized mass production, which substantially improves the performance of the circuit breaker and shorten the delivery lead time;

● A high proportion of standardized spare parts can be used in the circuit breaker, allowing our end user customers to keep a low level of spare parts in order to lower their equipment maintenance cost and spare parts inventory level;

● The replacement of the mechanism modules will not affect the product performance and can be carried out by customer's maintenance personnel, there is no need for the customer to call for service from the manufacturer or shipping the equipment back to the manufacturer’s work for repair;

● The total numbers of mechanical parts is low, resulting in lower mechanical failures and improves product reliability;

● We have selected the most suitable material for all the moving/impacting parts for the circuit breaker and all the parts are with well controlled surface treatment, surface hardness and tensile strength are optimized to ensure the long mechanical endurance and mechanical operation reliability of the product`. 

2.3.1 Spring charging/closing mechanism and opening mechanism modules

Spring charging/closing mechanism module: consisting of motor for close spring charging, transmission gearbox, spring charging cam, Build-in closing spring charging lever, electric/manual closing mechanism, etc.

Opening mechanism module: consisting of electrical/manual opening operating mechanism, operation counter, etc.

All the components of the modules are mounted on the two side walls, the two side walls are bolted together by three positioning fixing shafts. The modules are then fixed to the position fixing plate on the upper and lower part of the mechanical drive housing. This design can ensure all the components can be securely and accurately fastened to guarantee a stable mechanical movement and with highly interchangeable modules. 

 

2.3.2 Driving mechanism module (transmission mechanism)

The driving mechanism module is directly installed onto the bottom part of the drive housing to ensure the fitting accuracy between the driving mechanism and the moving parts of the poles; The mechanical movement or mechanical force from the other modules are being transmitted to the driving mechanism module through the cam plates or pushing rods, there is no other mechanical connection parts among the modules, this require no extra mechanical adjustment, maintenance friendly and accuracy can be assure after repeated disassemble and installation.

SM6 project meeting for PLN indonesia

 Our indonesia customer come to China hangzhou , and we have meeting in hangzhou about the SM6 switchgear project . SM6 switchgear is used in indonesia PLN grid with big demand. Now the mainly supplier is Schneider electric ,and ABB . If we can pass the PLN test ,and we have big chance to get the tender of PLN.  We now already have finished the price discussion, and the next step is to provide samples to test .

Mongolia KYN28 switchgear inspection and MV VFD

Our Mongolia EPC customer and ender user , the third party supervisory organization come to our factory to inspect the goods which they ordered .As the system is designed not good ,when we get that order . According to our engineer , we make a good solution and make the system much convenient to operate . The ender user praise our design very much .

During inspeciton , We make the test according to IEC standard and pass for each item . The good quality and good service get our customer approval very well. For next step , they will have MV VFD products for the project , and they will keep to cooperate with us on this products .
